Pat/Roger's great great great grandfather Pat/Roger's great great great grandmother

John Sale married 8th July 1809 St Mary Newington to Mary Wortley

BORN Sevenoaks, Kent

c. 1786

However SPECULATIVELY might be baptised 14 July 1782, Yalding, Kent. Father John; mother Hannah

c. 1787/1788

Highly speculative but Benjn (Benjamin) and Jane as parents' names is good circumstantial evidence given Mary's own children's names.

Baptised 6 May 1787, St Botolph, Aldersgate, City of London. (??Born 1 May?? register not clear) This also tallies with age of 53 at death in April 1841

However, Benjamin Wortley appears to be a barrister, so what is his daughter doing marrying a carpenter/builder?
