She was a domestic servnt life-long. In 1861 she was a general servant in Lambeth living in the house of a tailor (quite likely not his servant but a lodger there working elsewhere); in 1881 she was the cook in the household (inc 6 servants) of William S Ewart, a former colonel in the Grenadier Guards at Rock House, Hawkesbury, near Chipping Sodbury; in 1901 she was cook in household of Julia Scaramanga (widow aged 74 with a companion and eight servants) at 22 Hyde Park Gardens, Paddington (near modern Lancaster Gate tube); in 1911, presumably retired, she was a lodger at 13 Star St, Paddington, [of] Independent [means]. SARAH ANN born 1852 Apr-May-Jun St Saviour Southwark 1d, 5

THOMAS born c. 1854 in 1861 census aged 7 but I cannot find birth record

??? JAMES, could this be alternative name for THOMAS [or his twin?] born 1854 Apr, May, Jun St Saviour Southwark 1d 12. Interestingly there is a James Pinner, aged 26, a bricklayer, at 16a Collingwood Street with wife Louisa in 1881. David Pinner & family had lived 19 Collingwood St in 1861. James married Louisa Stowers, Jul-Aug-Sep 1879, St saviour Southwark 1d, 240. Yes, this is a son of David Pinner according to marriage cert, which I have found wrongly indexed by as "Purrier". Marriage is St Paul's Church Newington, Sep 7 1879. James is bricklayer, aged 26, his father is David Pinner, builder. James is  living at 144 Lorrimore Road.  Louisa is living at 142 Lorrimore Road which is George David's address in 1881 (see above). And George David is a witness.
